Refund Policies
Booking Policies:
-
Bookings are completed by the customer. Once you have purchased a budget plan or single class, it is your responsibility to enroll in the class of your choice. Doing so gives you access to the Zoom meeting info, and any other necessary details for joining the class.
-
Last-minute cancellations and/or missed classes are not refunded. Booking a monthly slot holds your spot in class; please contact me if you have extenuating circumstances and would like to request an exception.
-
Monthly budget plan credits do not rollover and must be booked and/or used each month. You may book ahead to apply any extra or unused credits. Unused credits that expire are not tracked by the website and are not eligible for refund.
-
Members are responsible for canceling their monthly budget plans before the renewal date. Email reminders are sent to the email you have on file; check your profile to make sure your information is up-to-date.
Safety Policies:
-
Do not share the meeting Zoom ID and password.
-
Enable your webcam and microphone when first joining the meeting to verify the student's identity.
Code of Conduct:
-
Learners are expected to behave in a manner that reflect well on Jehovah and our Christian beliefs. We do not tolerate any hate speech, cursing (mild or severe), or disrespectful behavior.
-
While our class conversations may not always necessarily be Bible-themed, our topics of conversation should be appropriate and considerate.
-
Students who violate any of these terms may be subject to removal from the Mossflower Academy website and all future bookings canceled without refund.
